A friendly reminder that we do not reserve time-slots without a deposit so please send in your deposits so we can secure an artist for you. Our invoices will expire to protect ourselves from double bookings.
In paying the deposit you are agreeing that this is a Non-Refundable Deposit, even in the case of bad weather or family emergencies, but if notified 7 days prior to event of the change, it can be used as a future credit/deposit to reschedule your event up until 2 months after the original booking date.
If canceling your event (or even a portion of the services originally booked), the deposit will still be forfeited. Each artist is booked separately so deposits cannot be applied to change of services.
Some Locations are subject to travel fees and/or minimum time requirements .
We have a few alternative ways to accept the remaining balance if you do not prefer cash. PLEASE NOTE That ALL methods, aside from cash, are to be paid/processed a minimum of 2 days before your event.
1. Credit card balance payments will include a 3% processing fee that the credit card processing company charges.
2. Chase Quickpay / Zelle / Venmo, (free money transfer apps) - NO FEES
3. Check, IF you are a business or school/organization. - NO FEES
*Any unavoidable parking fees must be reimbursed to the artists in cash or added to prepayment.
Taylor Entertainment Inc will be the company represented at your event. Artists will wear black with our company’s logo. If there are any issues with this, please bring to our attention before payment.
Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected!
