Terms & Conditions- Cancellation Policy

A friendly reminder

that we do not reserve time-slots without a deposit so please send in your deposits so we can secure an artist for you. Our invoices will expire if left unpaid to protect ourselves from double bookings.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

In paying the deposit you are agreeing that this is a Non-Refundable Deposit, even in the case of bad weather, family emergencies, or situations beyond your control.

Please understand that we are not insensitive to your circumstances but losses due to last minute cancellations have a DIRECT financial impact and on our abilities to provide reliable, quality artists for every event. 

If notified 10 days prior to the event of the change, it can be used as a future credit to reschedule your event up until 2 months after the original booking date (unless otherwise agreed upon).  If cancellation is less than 10 days before the scheduled event and you would like to reschedule, if rescheduling within 45 days of the date of your originally scheduled event with the same artist (upon their availability), a minimal $25-$50 rescheduling fee (depending on the length of the booking) per artist may be agreeable to transfer all of your deposit to the new date. If the new date is over 45 days in the future or we need to book new artists, a new (50% discounted) deposit would be needed to book the rescheduled event. 


Travel Fees: Some Locations are subject to travel fees and/or minimum time requirements.

*There could be a $25-$35 travel fee per artist depending on availabilty of artists in your area. This will be confirmed upon availability checks. Feel free to reach out and ask about your area.


Payment Options: We have a few alternative ways to accept the remaining balance if you do not prefer cash. Check method must be paid/processed a minimum of 2-3 days before your event.

1. Credit card balance payments will include a 3.5% processing fee that the credit card processing company charges.
2. Chase Quickpay / Zelle / Venmo, (free money transfer apps) - NO FEES
3. Check, IF you are a business or school/organization (paid before your event). - NO FEES

4. Purchase Orders or ACH direct deposit.

*Any unavoidable parking fees must be reimbursed to the artists in cash or added to prepayment.


Gratuity: Tips are always appreciated, but never expected!


Taylor Entertainment Inc will be the company represented at your event. Artists will wear black with our company’s logo. We do not discriminate between race, gender or sexual orientation when booking the artists. If this is an issue for you, please note this before payment.
